I am wondering whether I should use
perforated sheet or expanded metal. Can you suggest which is the better option
and why?
Expanded metal is the better option because
it is produced by slitting and stretching the material to create its holes. In
the case of perforated sheets, on the other hand, you need to punch out the
holes. This means that expanded metal is manufactured with minimum waste,
making it much more cost-effective than perforated sheets.
I am a manufacturer who needs expanded plastics of various types and qualities as raw materials. I also need lamination service with other materials and unique characteristics. Can someone help?
ReplyDeleteThe variable open area facilitates lamination with a variety of other materials including those which expand, contract and flex. Designing a precision expanded plastic material with unique characteristics is our specialty.
