Double- Coated Tape

I am a party planner. I have a big project coming up in a few weeks’ time. I am looking for different types of double-sided tape. Which one should I go for?

A double-coated tape can be generally fabricated in several types of materials, including paper, foam and cloth. There are several types that you can choose from. Depending on your specific requirement, you can choose any of the following:

General-purpose double-coated tape: Made from polyester, paper or tissue, this tape is economical and easy to use. It is perfect for envelopes, signs, bags, etc.

High-performance double-coated tape: This tape offers superior strength that matches or exceeds mechanical fasteners and structural adhesives. It is the perfect solution for permanently bonding most metals or plastics.

Hi-Lo tape: This tape can perform excellently under a wide range of temperature and humidity conditions.  It can be used to make re-closable bags, temporary signs and displays and removable labels, or to position materials during machining.

Double-coated foam tape: A double-coated foam tape is perfect for signs, displays, auto body trim, toys and product assembly.

Carpet, flooring and molding tape: This tape is ideal for store displays, trade shows, theatrical performances or movie/television sets.

High-temperature double-coated tape: This tape can operate at temperatures ranging up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit on a continuous basis. It can be used wherever high temperature is present.
